Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective: 2026-04-18
PNA Company Inc. (“Company”) sets out the following refund and cancellation terms for subscription services pursuant to the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
1. Right of Withdrawal
- You may withdraw your purchase within 7 days of payment (or service start, whichever is later).
- Withdrawal may be restricted if:
- The digital content has been substantially consumed (e.g. Pro signals received). Unused remainder may still be refundable on a pro-rata basis.
- The service was damaged or interrupted due to the user’s fault.
2. Refund Schedule

| Within 7 days, partial usage | Pro-rata refund (amount × remaining days / cycle days) |
| After 7 days | Not refundable in principle; case-by-case review if Company is at fault |
| Annual plan mid-cancellation | Refund of remainder at monthly list price (discounts may be clawed back) |
| Company cannot provide service | Full refund for remainder, or equivalent service extension |
3. How to Request
- Email looca312@naver.com with account email, payment date, method, and reason.
- We respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days.
- Card processor timelines may add additional days.
4. Cancellation vs. Refund
- Cancellation stops the next auto-renewal; access continues until the current period ends.
- Refund returns part or all of a paid amount and must be requested separately per this policy.
